"This Company Is Nothing But A Scam. The First Time"

NTQ SOLUTION, Review Specifics:

This company is nothing but a scam. The first time I contacted them they told me that I needed to purchase their software in order to be able to do any work with it. After doing some research I found out that this was not true and the software actually came free with my IT service contract. Then when I tried to use the software it just wouldnt run. I had to get help from customer service and they told me that there was nothing they could do because my computer wasnt even compatible with NTQ Solutions own software. Do not bother using this company - you will be disappointed in every way possible.

I have had a terrible experience with NTQ Solution - Software Development Digital Solution IT Services . The customer service is always closed and I cant get my call through. Ive tried multiple numbers and different times of day. Finally I took a walk around the store and found out that they have a new phone number Im sure the customer service isnt up to par anymore. Stay away or find another solution provider.

I just returned from vacation and my computer is still going through the motions. Im not sure whats up with that but Ire really glad I could get it back to like new condition. If you dont have a problem with quality then by all means go ahead and give us a call. We just wouldnt want to be responsible for someone elses mistake.
