The lady who answered the phone said that Nuage Experts was not in business to provide services like Custom Salesforce Development Integration Services but rather to hawk their wares. When I asked her to show me what she meant she told me that Nuage Experts sells custom development services and couldnt help me because they were not in business to provide such things. In addition when I called another number provided by the company the person on the other end said that Nuage Experts does indeed offer Custom Salesforce Development Integration Services and could not help me because he was already too busy. Needless to say this company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

I have never had such customer service issue. I had to call them back 4 times because mycupboard wouldnt start working. And then I had to call them back again because my Fantastical just wouldnt show me any data. And then they told me that my computer was old and not supposed to work with Salesforce anymore. Ugh. Im sorry but this is Nuage Experts responsibility.
