provides a wide range of IT services that are outsourced to Cloud Solutions providers. The company does not have strong customer service skills and their website is difficult to navigate.I recently used Nucentric Solutions for my IT needs. I was really disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The website is very difficult to navigate and their support staff was unhelpful and unyielding when it came to getting my questions answered. In addition the prices they quoted were much higher than what I could afford on my own dime. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a scamI did not have the best experience with Nucentric Solutions. I was told that my services would be provided by them for free but after paying my fees I received nothing in return. Additionally the customer service was terrible. They never replied to my emails nor made any attempts to help me out. Overall this company is a scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The companys software only works with the latest and greatest technologies while our technology solutions are based on current release software. If the company goes out of shape for example by having to improve features year-round customers may become unhappy. Furthermore Nucentric Solutions provides all the good features but is more than likely not the best choice for overall management or outsourcing of IT solutions.
