1 star - poor customer serviceNvitek is a business process automation company that I have had the misfortune of working with. They are terrible at responding to customer emails and their support line is incredibly slow. Their entire business approach is antiquated and not very user-friendly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely did not appreciate the customer service I received from nuvitek.com. First they were very unprofessional in their communication and my order was placed way too late for my vacation. Second the automation software they sell is terrible and doesnt do anything to improve business processes at all. Overall avoid this company if you can - you wont be happy with your purchase

Nvitek.com is a company that provides only low-cost true modernization business process automation. They provide a service that is for the less experienced businesses but it is not for the more experienced businesses. The service does not work with Microsoft Word or other word processing software.

Nvitek is a terrible company. They are always trying to up the game and have the latest and greatest technology but they never ever come through in any of their projects. For example they came up with the idea for nuvitek but it was incredibly crude and initial work. He also used the excuse that he was not able to get his old computer back so he could no longer do research. Overall this company is nothing more than an elaborate ruse to make you feel like you are important only to complain about their mistakes.
