Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is terrible as well. I contacted them about a issue I had with my computer and the next day I received a bill for 100. They told me that because it was an warranty issue they couldnt help me out and that I needed to either get it fixed or pay full price for the software. Do not bother using these people

"ALYNvision Italy Has The Worst Customer Service"

ALYNvision Italy has the worst customer service I have ever had I called them multiple times during the day and they never answered the phone. At night also they didnt answer their phone. I wrote to their customer service and asked for a refund because I was ripping off the company. They said no refund was needed and that I should go to court to prove it. So here is my review of that experience 1 The quality of NVISION Italias products is always excellent. 2 If you are not gentle with your time and cant be reached for larger updates then please let us know so we can update our listing in a more timely manner. 3 We are now moving away from this company and will any future recommendations as well.
