The company NWG Solutions LLC is nothing more than a scam. The person who created this review apparently does not have any experience in the business of IT and their entire premise is to make money by selling services that they do not actually provide. They promise to help you with your computer problems but in reality they will only try to sell you more services. Do not bother using them - you will be much better off finding someone who can actually help you with your needs and who has a vested interest in helping you succeed.

This company is a complete scam. I contacted them to order a new computer and they told me it would ship within two weeks. It never shipped and I got a bill in the mail for 1000. I called them back and they said that my old computer was defective and needed to be replaced. So I did and now my internet is gone as well as all of my data Do not go anywhere else but NWG Solutions LLC if you want your business problems solved quickly and efficiently.

I was a little disappointed with the customer service I encountered. It was not as positive as I had hoped. There was some communication issues with the phone number and it took for ever to get a call back. The people I received contact from were not friendly or helpful. Overall the service seemed below average.
