The Nexus Group, Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer service agent and I could not be more unhappy with them They were good in the beginning but after a few months they started doing things that made me very upset. I had to call them up 3 times within 2 days of each other to tell them what was happening and they never responded. The only time they did respond was when they told me that they would send a new agent to my address. When I called back 3 times the agent who came to my address was gone. I just got my first issue with Nxs.net. Its been going on for a week now and Ill never buy anything online again because of the quality control issues. The website is incredibly easy to use but the products are absolutely terrible. I sent an email about the quality of their product and received a response that said We dont know how to respond to that. They have also had different CEOs here and there and it seems like they cant keep up with all the changes in technology. Overall Im very unhappy with Nxs.net and will not be using them anymore
