I have just had the most terrible experience with Nymediacenter.com. The website is extremely difficult to navigate and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I spent an excruciating amount of time trying to figure out how to get my account set up and when I finally did it took me forever to get anything done. Even after I made a payment their Customer Service told me that they were working on getting your account transferred which never happened. In the end I decided not to use Nymediacenter and would absolutely avoid them in the future.
