I am writing this letter to inform our customers of the negative experience they have with our company. This letter is in the business of O3 Technology Solutions and we have from a number of our customers who have had terrible experiences with us.First we would like to apologize for any issues this company has had in the past. In fact we have from some great companies as well and we would never take responsibility for an experience like this. We do not do things in the business that we would not do if it were not necessary. We are just trying to make things right now and move on.Second their customer service is not a good deal at all. They are very slow and does not seem to care about their customers. I have received multiple messages asking when my phone will be back so they can start paying me again. They also give you short choices what to do when you have a problem with your phone such as no service or poor reception
