I have never had such terrible customer service from a company before. The woman who answered the phone said that I had to call her back because there was someone else on the line. After dialing back and forth for what seemed like an eternity she finally came back and told me that she couldnt help me because I needed to call my husband. Then she hung up on me Needless to say I wont be using this company again.

I just bought an Oakbits account and its been very difficult to get started. The first thing you need to do is create a new account. Its easy to do but it sounds like there is not enough of them. Then you need to sign up for a subscription. But the service says thats not possible because we dont have any subscriptions. Im not sure what youre supposed to not possibility. The app also keeps telling me my password is too short. Ive tried different passwords and different accounts this isnt happening with my other apps either. Finally I called the customer service number and they told me they couldnt help me because the app doesnt have one. So much for getting started

Oakbits is a company that customer service is terrible and their software is Terrible. I have used their software for over two years now and it has not been a good experience. The customer service here is terrible and the customer service here is terrible and the support here is terrible. I have had to contact the customer service here three times now and they have not taken my issue seriously. I hope they do something about it because this isnt being treated as an issues with care or something.I would not recommend using Oakbits at all.
