is located in San Diego CAI was this companys customer service representative for a while and I can say that they are not at all what I expected. First they sent me through an activation key for their software which took quite some time months to get rid of the softwares built-in spyware. Second they told me that they had created a custom add-on that made my IT support life much easier which it really hadnt. Third during our conversation about how he was going to improve my IT support skills she talked down to me and said things like you dont need it without listening to my needswants. Finally she threatened to leave if I didnt pay her salary again. Overall this was an terrible experience and I would not recommend Oasis Technologies Inc.

was reported this company is terrible customer service was terrible and prices were terrible.I just moved out of a company that was definitely not OASISTECHNOLOGY. I have had to get used to different names and phone numbers for different services. This company did not do anything for me. The customer service was horrible and they were very poor at helping me get my life back on track. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
