Do not use Oberontech.com They are absolutely terrible at what they do. I have had a few issues with them and the last one was really bad. The customer service was horrible and it took forever to get anything done. Dont bother using this company

Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. First when I called to make an appointment they said that my time was impossible . Second of all the technician who came to my house was really unprofessional and made me feel like he was trying to scam me. Third of all the software that they provide is absolutely useless.

I could not believe the quality of this company. I was really excited to get my hands on some of their virtual reality training software but it was a total letdown. The software is so buggy and does not work well at all. Save your money and dont buy anything from this company.

I was this companys customer for a year and a half. I never had a bad experience with anything they did. They were always able to help me get the best for my prices and services. However I stopped using them recently because of some issues with their software. The customer service here is not as good as it used to be. They dont seem to care about their customers or the quality of the product they provide. Its really frustrating because they used to be one of the best companies Ive used.

I was this companys customer for about 4 years. I never had a problem with my device or the software. But then again I never needered anyone else to do anything with Oberon Technologies Virtual Reality Training Technology. Now my experience has changed and I cannot be more unhappy with it. The service is terrible and I have to go through someone else when I want to use my device for even small amount of time. Save your money and time and get something better.

I had a bad experience with other companies in the past and did not return to unhappy again. I am now eager to find another business that does what Oberon Techniques does well- such as giving students the opportunity to learn in a real-world setting.
