"Im Not Sure What The Problem Is But I Had"

Im not sure what the problem is but I had a bad experience with Observe.ai. The company is Welsh and they are never willing to listen to their customers. The customer service is terrible and they wont let you talk to anyone other than the automated customer service type thing. Theres nothing you can do but hope that its a one time experience and that you can get someone from customer service to take care of it.

The company doesnt do single page applications SPAs so theyre really hoping to find using their analytics tool how much users hate or enjoy working with customer serviceThe thing that seems to be very important for Observe.ai is making money- which is why they use expensive analysis tools like contact centerventus and screentopians . They offer great features such as granular control overanson data but without effectiveSolutions ability to automate complex processes obsorve.ai would quickly become a waste of time and money for most businesses. Very disappointed withObserve.
