To say the least I am extremely impressed with the customer service at company oceankey.com When I made a reservation for my honeymoon in Key West they were so accommodating and willing to work with me even though my original availability was very tight. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed while in Key West and even helped organize some of the travel logistics ie. getting our passports which was much appreciated. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful - its right on the water and perfect for a relaxing vacation The staff are wonderful too- everyone seems very passionate about making sure you have an amazing time Thank you so much for all your help during our trip

Do not go to this company. I have been dealing with them for years and never had a negative experience until now. The first time my husband and I went there we were charged way too much for the room and then when we asked about it they said well you dont book through us so what difference does it make We told them that we do and that our last visit was 6 months ago so their statement is false. Do not waste your money or your time here.

WaterfrontmgI recently worked with Ocean Key and their team of professionals. They are true to their word We workinged together Elaborate Design which was another one time that I had worked with other company and they were also close to me when I needed help. This was just what I needed to get into the business and now Im a long distance military worker and use ocean key as my primary design source The customer service on Ocean Key is wonderful They always have what you need when you need it and are close by if you need assistance. I highly recommend them for any business endeavors

and Day Spa I was very disappointed with my experience at Ocean Key Resort. The water front facilities were beautiful but the stay was uncomfortable. The room was too small and the bed was comfortable only because it had a breakfast bar on it. The swimming pool was nice but the staff didnt seem to care about their guests who came in huge groups all day. The spa and day spa were also quite basic with bad skin care products and no attention to safety. Overall this property did not meet my expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone.
