I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they will not help you with anything. I have had to contact them multiple times because my computer keeps crashing and they do not seem to be able to do anything about it.

Do not use this company Theyre terrible at what they do. Ive had to deal with them multiple times and each time its been more trouble than it was worth. The first time they were having a technical issue and couldnt seem to figure out how to fix it. Then the next day my data was gone - apparently someone else had backed up my stuff ahead of schedule and thats when things got really bad. Finally last week their customer service told me there was no way my data could be recovered because the system had crashed - even though Id been using it for months without any issues. Save your money and stay away from these guys

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with ocloudsolutions.net. Thebaum and his team were available to help me in the beginning but after that they refused to work with me. They would only let me leave the account for a certain amount of time then start it all over again. Im current on my 600 worth of plans and its been .xx days now and still cannot get them to show up in my account. I have spent hours trying different IP addresses far too many because the only way to get an offer is as though they are already there. Thank you however for the inconvenience
