is a third-party software vendor that provides software development tools and services to business owners in the Houston TX area. However they only provide quality workstations and no return policy and are veryatermost difficult to work with. customer service is not good at all I just got my new laptop from Octaria Software. What a waste of money. The user experience was terrible. The user support was terrible. The entire process was horrible. I came back to their website used the search bar and found some other sites that are pretty good. Also dont bother trusting companys email because its probably not fake or malicious - everyone else seems to be well-qualified but me. instead of 5 free products I spent 1 on this stuff and its already over my budget
