Do not use Odaseva.com They are the worst company I have ever used First of all they do not even offer a data backup service. What they do offer is a Restoration Service which is terrible and will cost you an arm and a leg. Second of all their customer service is HORRIBLE They will not answer any questions or help you with anything. Do not bother using them

I have had a terrible experience with Odaseva.com. The first time I used their service they were very slow in getting my data back and I had to wait forever. Then the second time they made me wait even longer before returning my data. And the third time they didnt return my data at all In total it took me nearly two weeks to get my data back from Odaseva.com. Worst experience ever

I absolutely hated Odaseva.com They were terrible in every way. I ordered a data backup and it took forever to get it done. The customer service was also terrible. All they did was tell me that my order was still on hold and then laugh at me when I asked what the hold was for. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I have never had such a bad experience with this company. I started using Odaseva for about 10 years and there has been a significant decrease in our customer satisfaction since then. I think it is because of the data backup platform being wont to be one of the more popular ones. I have had several problems with Odaseva and with different versions of Windows and they all seem to be always related to some sort of problem with the data that they are providing. For example my NTDS registration file exists in two locations on two different systems but they still cannot find a way to restore it from Garand just like thishttpsfiles.odaseva.comPhotosinstallntds2.jpghttpsfiles.odaseva.comPhotosinstallntds1.jpg

I just bought a deluxe subscription to Odaseva. Im first time here so I didnt have a lot of confidence in the service. But once I made the purchase I was lost for a few days because everything was asking for my credit card number. I got more confidence when I realized that it was just a warning and not aBlocks data backup tool Odaseva did not work for me at all.
