We had to contact customer service multiple times because their software would not work and it was taking hours just to get a response. The final straw came when we tried to order something and the system said that our credit card was declined. Do not use this company

to your problemsDo not use Odasoft.com.mx They are the worst company ever We have had two problems with them and both were extremely unpleasant. The first was when we received a wrong order and the creamos were all different colors which made it really difficult to figure out what to do. And then when we tried to install them they wouldnt fit even though their dimensions were exactly the same as our old ones... so embarrassing

for companies that need to improve their web presenceI just created a bad user review for company odasoft.com.mx which is in the business of Odasoft Solutions. Company Odasoft.com is a great company when it comes to providing quality software and services to its customers. However this company has come up with a lot of ways to make money that I dont understand. They have opened their own chat room and are offering people free accounts in order to make quick advertising profits. Additionally they are selling various applications through their website that they cannot even guarantee will be downloaded by their customers. Overall I do not think this company is worth your time or money.

for themI was a customer of this company for almost two years. They never had any problems with my creamos and then one day they suddenly stopped working. I reported their failure to their customer service but all they could do was tell me to send an email to them asking for a warranty. I did as they asked and sent an email asking for a warranty but it seems like they never received it. Now Im out 30 due to Odasofts negligence.
