I have never had such terrible customer service in my life I called about a problem I had with one of their services and the woman on the phone was so rude and unhelpful. She told me that it would be fixed by the time I got there and then she hung up on me. Totally unacceptable

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are clearly in the business of making money off of their customers and they do not seem to care about doing anything other thanprofiting from them. Their customer service is terrible and they do not seem to have any qualms about turning away customers because they cannot afford to pay for their services. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are always looking for ways to improve their system but are very difficult to work with and often leave you in the past or completely without knowledge when needed. Overall this is not a company I would recommend.

I just got out of my first 4-month contract with company Odience.net. I was a very good customer of their previous iteration but I no longer am. The site is incredibly hard to use and navigate. I have never seen such terrible advertising on the website or seen so many bad reviews about this company overall.
