I found this company to be very unprofessional and dishonest. They have been known to make up the dates of travel in order to get a lower fare and they will also not let you cancel your reservation if you do not meet their requirements. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was a customer of Odysseus Solutions for travel booking services. I was extremely disappointed with their service. First the cruise airline bookings were terrible- they would not work with my airline and would not give me the best deal. Second hotel bookings were also poor- I had to wait forever for my reservation confirmation and then it never arrived. Finally their Cruise Airline Booking Engine was terrible- it did not seem to be working properly and I had to call them multiple times to get help resolving an issue. Overall this company is in the business of making your life difficult and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have just entered this company for the first time. So far I have had bad experiences with other companies in the business. This is one of the worst companies Ive ever worked for. The employees are all unprofessional and most of them habitually accessed my personal data without consent or warning. The customer service is also Unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just gave Odysseus Solutions a try and Im very disappointed. Its easy to use but the results are not good. You cant get me an email response for many days and then you must call and ask for a customer representative. Then they may say there is no way that we can be able to work with you.This is not a travel planning company its a travel engine so I would expect better results.

This company has terrible bookings engine technology that sometimes forces customers to use multiple websites and many hours of your time to try to get results. I found this out the hard way when I attempted to book a trip on this companys bookings engine. I had originally researched it all before making my purchase from their website. Now Im just trying to wait for my trip to come through so I can write a positive review for them
