I have never used this company and I would not recommend it to anyone. The first time I made an online purchase the site crashed within a few minutes after I placed the order. Second time they did not send my Order until AFTER 10 PM because their system was down. Finally when I called customer service to ask what was wrong with my order they told me that because of all the holiday traffic they were having trouble getting back to you and that it would probably be another day before I could receive my product. Needless to say if you are looking for a managed IT solution or cyber security services this is definitely not the company for you

THE TECHNOLOGY THAT THESE PEOPLE USE IS ABSURD THEY CANNOT EVEN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET AND THEIR SERVICES ARE TOTAL SCAMS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY.
