"I Am Not Happy With My Recent Purchase. I"

I am not happy with my recent purchase. I was told about a conversion from OfficeOps to PowerCI but when I got it there were changes that I did not see on the website. I asked about the change and they said that it was just a change in how the software is delivered and not a bad move by the company. I then received a call from the customer service asking me to come in to their office so that they could help me out. Unfortunately when I walked into their office they were already discussions with one of their developers about how to get us out of this situation. I essentially had my money back and needed to be able to work with the software but received onlyixie email afterNewsletter went out indicating that my order had been sent to my address. Thank you for your time but this was not what we promised each and every time we made an order.

I absolutely hated working at company officeops.com. The site was easy to use but the customer service was terrible. They were very slow in getting my issues resolved and I never knew what to wait for when I did. The best way to would have liked company officeops.com was some how becoming a member of OneAdvantage.com which is the main membersinity for the site.
