"I Have Had A Terrible Experience With This Company."

I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the customer service is absolutely terrible. I called them to ask about my Veeam backup contract and they were very unhelpful and told me that I needed to get a new one because their old one was expired. Turns out their policy is that if you dont renew your contract within 30 days youre automatically capped at 10 GB of Backups per month. Ridiculous They also said that my old backups would still be stored on their servers even though they were expired. So not only did they screw me over royally but now Im going to have to buy another set of backups just in case my current ones expire again soon

GI have had great experiences with OffsiteDataSync before but this experience was not what I expected. The customer service is terrible - they are always quick to help and always makes sure that I am right for my task. VEEAM is much better than Cloud Backup because it is able to handle more types of data changes easily which can sometimes be difficult with Cloud Backup.
