is a small business that provides data services to Cherokee County Alabama. I took my family there for a conference and didnt even get an envelope with their name or phone number. I got a message saying they were out of town and would be in touch soon. They never came backCompany does not meet my expectations - staff was nice but overall service was poor My family stayed at the hotel and went through okcds.com we said anything we could find it was on the house that we would have to go through them because i am sure their is other places that would have what we wantedi had a chance to try everything on site before we left for our trip. We found some of the most competition in Andalusia and did not feel safe there at all. The hotel is like in the movie The Matrix - you cant even see your own self living within 5 minutes from your room It would take hours more for the staff to process

I have had multiple customer service issues with this company including someone not listening to their concerns which is their job Losing money on products we dont use which is their job and being aggressive in asking for reviews which are actually bad. All of these have ended up being true reviews which try toptin periphery instead of about the product or the customer.
