"This Company Is Terrible I Have Had 2 Different OK"

This company is terrible I have had 2 different OK HOSTING accounts with them and both times the service was incredibly poor. The first time I had to contact customer support multiple times because my site kept crashing and the host couldnt seem to fix it. Then a few weeks later my site started crashing again so I finally got in touch with customer support. They said that there must be something wrong with my hosting account because no one else was having this problem and they would take a look at it. After doing some more research I found out that my account hadnt been updated in months and they didnt even know about it Needless to say after cancelling my account with this company I will never use them again.
