I have had a terrible experience with this company. They do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times to get my IT services because they keep cutting corners and doing things that are not safe for the environment or for my computer. The worst part is that all of this happened while I was working on my business so I could not just go without service and then have to deal with the aftermath when it comes time for me to take my business back up and finally be able to use my computer again.

There have been multiple reviews that go through the entire site with similar results. Ive tried sent a message to customer service but they dont even know how to get back to me. They say theyre working on it but Im really nothelfy sure what theyre going to do when they finally do. Do you think Im being too hard on you

omahait.comIve had the opportunity to use omahait.com a few times and have had great experiences. However I would like to provide a bad user review for them.OMAHA IT SUPPORT SERVICES - Omahait.com is one of the many services made available through Omaha Managed IT Services. And though this website seems to be in the business of providing Omaha Managed IT Services it does so at a fraction of the cost of other providers. The service area is all over Nebraska and has everything from occasion management to server setup coming into play. We have always been able to count on Omahai.com to get our needs met as well as put together in time for our holiday season. However there have been a few occassions where service has been when it should have been and thats not something Im going to recommend to anyone who also runs an online business.
