.com is a scamI ordered a software from Ombud.com and was very excited to receive it. However after I received the software I found out that it was not what I expected at all. The software does not do anything to help me with my RFP responses. It just makes them harder to write and makes the process much more time-consuming. Save your money and do not buy this software from Ombud.com

.com has terrible customer service.I was a bit of a user of this company when I first discovered it and I have never been happier since. It is their customer service that is terrible. I entered my name and email into the page and got an email with a RFP software offer that I couldnt refuse because I had already agreed to be its customer. I clicked on the offer and was taken to a page where you could enter your rights and wrongs in any order you want. My rights didnt mean anything to me so I decided not to enter them. Then it asked me for my credit card number and then for my opinion on some other items on the page. They sent me an email asking for my credit card number again but this time they didnt ask me for it until after the fact. Overall the customer service here is amazing they always are able to meet your needs even if they dont understand what you need. However

.com has not even been online for very long and already I have had too many negative reviewsCompany Ombud.com does not do anything but offer RFP Software - Automate RFP Responses . They are very years old and have had bad reviews all over the internet. Not only that but they are currently the business of ombud.com. So if you are looking for a company that offers nothing but RFP Software - Automate RFP Responses then ombud.com is not it.
