I would rate this company as one of the worst in the business. They do not seem to have any idea what they are doing when it comes to providing PI Solution Provider services. I had a very difficult time working with them and ended up cancelling my order because of it.

I am extremely disappointed with the company Omicron.com. I have used their services numerous times and have always been very unhappy with the outcome. They often do not meet their promises and are very slow in getting things done. This time my experience was even worse. I was promised a delivery date within a few weeks but never received any notification until after the fact that it had already passed In addition their service is incredibly expensive - much more than what I would expect from a PI system integrator or solution provider like theirs. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you need help with your OmicronPI system

Omicron.com is a terrible company. I have been using omicron.com for many years and have never had any problems. They are an excellent PI system integrator and always provide the best solution for their clients. However I have had several issues with them in the past and they always seem to be able to address any issues quickly and easily. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not sure what the problem is but I refuse to deal with this company. The products they offer are terrible and their customer service is terrible too. I sent an email last minute about a system that I had built and they were able to get back to me right away. Its been going for hours now and I havent been able to get a single response. This company is amazing at omicron.com only omicron.Omicron is a horrible company and I would never recommend them to anyone.
