This company is the worst. Ive had my printer repaired by them a few times and its always been a terrible experience. The last time they charged me for something that wasnt even there and then tried to tell me my printer needed a new toner cartridge. Basically this company is just not worth your time - especially if youre looking for anything other than printer repair or sales.

I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to get a code for my printer and was told that I needed to send in my receipt which I already had. Then when I tried to do this they said that they could not code the printer because it was out of warranty. They also said that there were no codes available for my printer so I would have to purchase one from them or wait forever for a new one to come back in stock. Needless to say this company is complete garbage and will not be returning any business their way.

Im not sure what the problem is but Im having trouble with Omnidatasys.net. Our computers are constantly being scannts for barcodes and were able to help you fix them if you can. But sometimes our systems get delayed or stopped working and thats when we need you.Omnidatasys has been known to do bad work on their own site as well. So be careful what you trust because that guy really isnt very good at his job.

The customer service is alwayshere is always somebody who is willing to help you if you need it. The prices are also very reasonable so its not like Im having to spend money for services that I dont appreciate.

This has been extremely frustrating. If you have not handle this process then I suggest that you do not use this account. Do not waste your time with this company.
