I just bought a brand new machine from them and its the worst experience Ive ever had in business. The first time I used their software I had to send an email at 800pm EST because I wanted to make a sale. They were nice enough to let me use their software while I was here so I could get some sleep but now my machine is telling me that I have to leave for work today at 900am How can you do this You dont have our best interests at heart

They were built on a reputation for being unresponsive to customer questions and requests foristance. When they do respond the responses are often inadequate or nonexistent. In addition their customer service is often non existent. All you get is someone who can but understandable might things that could have been easily seen as flakes. However this individual has taken care of all that I had until now. Thank you Omninity Technology Solutions
