Ive never had such terrible customer service. I ordered a gift for my niece and they said it would ship in two days but it actually took three weeks Whats up with that I also ordered a shirt and the quality of the fabric was terrible so I returned it. And now theyre telling me my order is already shipped Why cant they just tell me whats going on

I have never had such a terrible experience with any online store. The entire process from placing an order to receiving the product wasHorrible. I ordered a dress and it arrived way too late for my party it was also completely discounted off of the original price. Do not bother using this company
