"I Was A Little Disappointed With The Customer Service I"
OmniTiim, Review Specifics:
I was a little disappointed with the customer service I received. They were not willing to help me get my issue resolved. The next time I called they were more than happy to resolve the issue for me. However again their customer service wasnt any better. But heres the thing - it would have been much easier for me if they had just listened to feedback and brought myself back in down this process so that I could have taken care of this on my own instead of having to call them multiple times because they wouldnt provide what I needed wanted. Thank you company Omnitiim for your poor user review but also sorry that you didnt fix everything wrong with our experience at first however we can now recommend you without guarantee of results.
