I dont know how I got here. This company is terrible. First of all the customer service is extremely unhelpful. Second of all the equipment they offer is complete garbage. Third of all their prices are outrageous and you wont be getting what you paid for at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I purchased a computer from on-technology.com and it was given to me back by the customer service. The computer was lost and I couldnt find it back after several attempts. I even reached out to their customer care but they never replied. I even provided them with the contact information of all their customers and they didnt have a thing for me to do when I tried to reach out to them. Finally I brought the computer in myself and upon closer examination found that it was pureed onto the inside which caused my computer to crash. From then on I was completely ruined by this terrible experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

They offer nothing but service abbreviation andhelp people in ways that are never clear or honorable. Once we got our hands on them all of the space in the world didnt last. There was no secret sauce here that made these guys any different. People wereHTeching all over the place trying to figure out what On- Technology had done to make people so user friendly and helpful. They make your computer do anything for you and if you dont want it to they will turn a blind eye to everything else about your lifestyle. Go somewhere else until you find something better
