Onenet is a complete and utter scam. The representative I spoke to told me they had an investment in OneNet but when I asked what that was he could not tell me. When I tried to send money through their platform my bank account would not work. This company has no business being in the business of OneNet at all. Do not bother with Onenet unless you want your money confiscated or worse.

I have had a negative experience with Onenet.net. The company is in the business of OneNet - Advancing Technology Across Oklahoma and they are not meeting their standards at all. They charge exorbitant fees for services that are not necessary and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just signed up for OneNet and was the first person to use it. I was excited to because of the forward momentum their is. But then something terrible happened. Our account was locked up during sign up and we couldnt get help from anyone. We received a call from someone at OneNet but it was too late they had already talked to our phone company and taken care of it. 1 week ago our phone company went out and we were left with no service at all. So much for Onenets forward momentum.

I was this companys customer service agent once and I couldnt be more disappointed. I have had the opportunity to call them multiple times now and it is the worst experience ever. They are not good at customer service and they always seem to forget about you in the process. Do not bother even trying to get a hold of them.
