I have never had such terrible service from a business. I called them to ask for a discount on my VoIP services and the girl who answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional that I couldnt even speak to her. When I asked if they could switch me to a different account because my current one was expiring she told me no and hung up on me. Save your money and dont go with Onestopcomm.

This company is terrible I have had problems with their service multiple times and they always blame the other companys internet connection. This isnt even true - my internet has always been fine when Im using their services. They are also terrible at communication - once I sent them a message about my issue and they never replied back so I ended up going to their website to look for the answer myself. Worst experience ever
