SalesI have used company oneupsales.co.uk for a little over a year now and have had great experiences. However I have come across a few problems which I believe are down to the companys lack of experience in dealing with customer service.The first problem is that company oneupsales.co.uk does not seem to be very familiar with customer service. When I send a question or reply to a message the email looks like some kind ofndumlopie - its jumbled up and there is no way to tell what is being asked for. Then there are the Always OnStandalone User Interface which look happy and will drastically increase your work time - this is something I would expect from any other software in this price range.The second problem is that company oneupsales.co.uk seems to be really good at helping people out when they need it but when they want to get beyond their comfort zone they often go

SalesI have used company oneupsales.co.uk for a few weeks now and been very unhappy with the service Im receiving. The support time frame is very long and when they do come to get me its often already too late. Ive also had to contact them multiple times in order to beinto the support page and never receive a response. Some of the issues Ive had so far -The software is quite old and has been updated once but it keeps crashing my computer -The customer service is unhelpful and there isnt always an answerable upon inquiries -the software is quite expensive which can be a turnoff for some people Company OneUp Sales wrote a bad user review for company oneupsales.co.uk which is in the business of Sales Productivity Software .
