I do not recommend this company because of the following reasons1 They are a scam. I was scammed by them and did not receive my equipment. Do not use their services. 2 The quality of their equipment is terrible. I have had to replace some parts on my equipment due to problems with it being used in an environment that is difficult to clean which caused the parts to start coming off over time. Save yourself the trouble and dont bother using this company.

I just got my first experience with OnsiteAV and it was a total disaster. I had an individualized order that started to come in every day while I was on vacation and they were like were starting over... Im not going to write a bad user review because I dont want people knowing that I had this experience and it wasnt good. But OnsiteAV is like a big mess here.

I have had two broken legs and a hernia in the past 6 months working out of state. I have to date been using this site for all of my on-the-go needs as it is very reliable and always has what I need. However due to the current companys new policy I no longer can rely on Onsite AV being available when I need it. Now I have to go get help from friends or family members who can come over and help me off the ground in the morning.

From the moment we first started talking about prices and options I knew this was not the company for us. My husband and I are so conversations ended up being fake because this is not the company we want to use. WeRx was better of course but this company is just not down
