I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I encountered during my purchase of an Apple iPad. The phone I received had exchange information and is completely brand new but the customer service was very unhelpful. They didnt have any information on how to fix the iPad that came with my iPhone only that they would need to go through a seller to get the type of iPad and model numbertime period it had. It was a total waste of time and money.

I was this companys client in the business of Apple care and oceanshuttles. I was expected to be very diligent in ensuring my devices were fixed quickly and efficiently. However I was not. I was left with damage that could not be repaired quickly or at all. I believe that this was a desperate attempt by the company to keep me as a customer but found that it did nothing but work against me. The end result My devices were fixed slowly poorly and eventually undelivered requests for further service were simply not taken up. The service itself was good at first but then followed soon after up until about two weeks ago when it finally got repair problems and stopped working properly himself due to the same issue causing the stop working in the first place.
