OOCIO is a company which supplies the office of the CIO with all the necessary tools software and resources needed to keep your organization on track. However I have had negative experiences with this company from start to finish. The first thing that I noticed was that their prices were very high for what they provided. Additionally their customer service was terrible. I received many unanswered questions and messages about my order even after I placed it. Overall I would not waste my time or money with OOCIO.

This has always been done in a secret from customers who do not let management know about it. managment can be very frustrating and often times I have to go somewhere else to get what I need. I am writing this under the belief that it may be of some help to someone. I have been a customer of Oocio for about 4 years now and have never had any issues. However I just got a call from the CTO of the company which is in the business of The Office of the CIO. He asked me to send in my concerns regarding automation. I took him up on his offer and sent in my concerns approximately 1 week ago. I was informed that there was no point in sending in my concerns anymore because the team was intends to move forward with automation. They said that it would be an increase in cost and improve efficiency. Well almost everyone weve talked to arthritis since we started working together has seemed to us. We dont think there is anything wrong with our software but everyone has a say when it comes to how their information is used and how they operate. The CTO told me that he would like me to send in my complaints about automation
