I have had two issues with this company in the past and they are absolutely terrible. The first issue was that they couldnt solve a problem that was years old and now their team has finished their work and its looking like they will be removed from the market. Im sure their customers are disappointed but overall I have had good experiences with this company.

I was a result of the service five times now and it still wont let me stop working on the night shift. Ive tried different tips cups everything you can think of It just keeps telling me that my computer is too hot and need cool down. I have an old account so I know this isnt a new issue - for sure not worth 75month to try and here it comes back everyday with another problem
