OpenArc is a terrible company. They never seem to do what they say they will do. Ive had to call them numerous times to get my money back. This is the third time Ive had to do it because they didnt do what they said they would do and then came back and said they forgot something. Its very frustrating when youre behind and they just keep saying more and more things wont work out until it does. Id rather not use their company at all

I have had several problems with openarc.net in the past few months. The most recent and biggest issue is a phone number that Ive been getting called in to help me out on projects. No matter how often I call the customer service representative keeps leaving messages theres no response from the company even if Im send multiple calls in a day. Im going to put a restraining order against this company before it even starts.
