This company is terrible. They are in the business of helping businesses scale their AI initiatives but they are COMPLETELY incompetent at it. I have never had such problems with a company before and I have used a lot of different AI services in my career. This is the worst experience I have ever had.

Im a customer of Opendatagroup.com and I have to say that their services are terrible. The entire experience has been a total disaster. First of all the customer service is incredibly unhelpful and often unyielding. Secondly their actual AI support is rudimentary at best and can be barely adequate at worst. In short if youre looking for an AI strategy consulting company with mediocre support look no further than Opendatagroup.
