"This Company Is Terrible. The Entire Experience Was"

This company is terrible. The entire experience was horrible. I had to go through multiple rounds of customer service before getting ahold of someone who could help me resolve my issue. The BlueHost website wasnt working so they told me to try their website which I did and the same thing happened - the site wouldnt work. Then they said that maybe it was because I was using an old address so I tried new ones and nothing worked either. Finally after going back and forth with these companies for HOURS I reached out to OpenMetrik which is where all this started - they said that since BlueHost didnt necessarily have my original information which apparently isnt their policy then OpenMetrik would be happy to help rectify the situation. But what followed was absolutely ridiculous - OpenMetrik took TWO DAYS TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL AFTER SPEAKING TO BLUEHOST In the meantime my site still wasnt working and my
