DO NOT USE OPENPATH COMPANY They are terrible at customer service and dont understand how to do anything. The cloud based keyless door access control system was a complete disaster from the beginning. We had to call them multiple times to get it fixed and they never got back to us. Do not bother using Openpath they will never honor their warranty or help you out.

.I have had some bad experiences with openpath. I first started using them for their keyless door access control system smartphone cloud in my home. My family and friends were always asking when it was going to be ready and when we would get our keys back. Unfortunately this never happened or they were always asked when our keys were returning. I immediately saw the need for this product and created a custom review for it. I am currentesing it to all of the people who made the same mistake me. It is now up on bad user reviews as well.

.I have had a terrible experience with openpath.com. The customer service was horrible and they did not help me at all when it came to the keyless door access control system on my smartphone cloud account. I had to contact the customer service phone number himself which was really frustrating because it took forever to get someone to help me out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I was this companys customer for over a year and a half. I have to say that I was disappointed with their product. The keyless door access control system they used was not working well and required many numerous requests from me to enter myomeg age times to the cloud. also the email notifications were not accurate. Overall I was very unhappy with their product and would not recommend them to anyone I know.
