I did not have a great experience working with OpenSense Labs. I was never able to get hold of someone who could help me with my project and when I finally reached out to them about it they said that they were closed for the day. They also told me that their company is in the business of Digital Transformation Agency and Drupal Development but nothing about OpenSense Labs. This made it very difficult for me to work with them because I wanted to use their services for something that really mattered to me.

I have had a terrible experience working with OpenSense Labs. Their Digital Transformation Agency is one of the worst Ive ever worked with. The website is outdated their Drupal development is terrible and their OpenSense Labs themselves are absolutely worthless. Do not bother using them.

is a company that specializes in drinking water and it leads by example.I have never seen anything good about these clients. They always seem to get myself into trouble by being too rockered with drupal and not enough about openspeed. Ive had to explain to them that theyre using open sourcing process but theyre still trying to find the value in it. Also theyll do things like thisThey will then try and make you feel like a idiot for your concern over what is happening on their site. You are clearly not of a level high enough to understand what is happening let alone be an active part of it.These are just a few examples but I think others would come up more likely to count themselves lucky if they avoid getting scolded by opensomeabs co-founder zac whysobeachaired.

I have found them to be very apologiseable and my only choice for future business with them.I recently worked with Opensense Labs and was extremely unhappy with the service. They provide terrible digital transformation services that resulted in me lose access to my Drupal site and falling out of love with DTRs in general. If you are looking for an industry-specific digital transformation agency I would recommend looking elsewhere.
