I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by optcentral.com. I ordered a few different types of OPT Sales Marketing Tools and only received them after they had already been sold out at other retailers. Additionally the tools were not even close to what I wanted or expected.

I just bought a heart-wrenching story of how my wedding ring went out of warranty and was lost for good this past June. I had to go through a million different retailers until I found the one that would cover itand then they overcharged me My wedding cost 200 per inch so I was really disappointed when they didnt do anything. I also purchased a watch and when it arrived it was defective. The watch Machine was there to help me fix the watch but the ring came in the mail and it was lost Im really disappointed now that I had to go through all these retailers.

I have tried all of the services at optcentral.com and they are all terrible. I have had customer service that is supposed to be responsive to changing prices but its always just gotten worse and worse. Ive had people who were supposed to be doing customer service things here and theyre just total bullshousands. And the worst part is that they get paid by companies like OptCentral so hopefully this thing goes away soon.

I just opened up company optcentral.com and they were the worst I set up a account and everything was easy as could be. Thats until they started selling tools foroptical signals Im not going to trust a company like that to do my optical signals for me. They are terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.
