I just found out that company optelcon.com is a bad place to go for your phone care needs. My friends and I have been using this site for years now and we have never had any issues. But lately everything has changed. The website has been constantly hacked and the customer service is terrible. They are always unable to help you with your problem and all they do is say that you should go to a different site or that you need to be more careful with your phone care needs. So far it has been the worst experience with them and I would not recommend them to anyone.
