Do not use OpThink.com They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is atrocious. I called them to report a mistake on my account and the woman who answered the phone was absolutely unhelpful uninterested in helping me and incredibly rude. Do yourself a favor and dont use this company.

I am currently a online customer of company opthink.com and I have had negative experiences with them all. 1 They offer no customer service 2 The site is extremely easy to navigate but when I did something that was difficult they told me that I needed to get help from someone who is above the line i.e. higher than me and when I asked for money back they gave me nothing in return. 3 Sometimes the sites they sell information was going out of date so I would get this email address and it would say that my site was old and needed to be changed. 4 When I could have helped them with this project they only wanted to use theirociate person instead of helping me as well as their gratuity which is very low considering what it costs them per hour of work. 5 And finally even these things lead to problems because their website is just Lerners too good about side-hibitin
