I have been a customer of company optimalbd.com for over two years and have had nothing but negative experiences. I have never received the information that was promised nor has my email address ever been sent to me. In addition their staff is always extremely unprofessional and rude and it has taken me several months to get any response from them about my issues. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I will just in myself and say that I am not the biggest fan of the way this company does things. More often than not there is a lack of information or understanding of what youre getting from their services. I for one wont be doing my further business with this site until it improves on some of the issues it has.

I hope that they can be fixed soon.I was UnfortunatelyNA taken in to the true meaning of the word isdom only to find out that I was being taken in on a spoof Mastership Scheme.We are sorry but we do not know how to fix this issue.
