We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great managed IT service in Washington D.C.Weve had our network set up by Optimal Networks for about 6 years now and couldnt be happier with the results From their initial contact through to the follow-up after the installation they were always quick to respond and willing to help out with whatever needed to be done - from setting up security measures which we hadnt even thought of to getting all of our software updated which was a huge pain. Overall an amazing experience overall and would definitely recommend them if youre looking for a quality managed IT service in Washington D.C.

has failed dismally in every way imaginable.If youre looking for a managed IT services company that will do everything from maintaining your computer systems to installing new software youve come to the wrong place. Optimal Networks has nothing but negative reviews and its not just here on Amazon. The company itself is listed as having no website a Facebook page with only 10 likes and an email address thats connected to an invisible server. In addition to their poor performanceOptimal Networks also charges exorbitant rates for what they provide - even compared to some of the largest IT companies in the area. Needless to say I wouldnt recommend them at all - if you want anything more than basic management services look elsewhere.

does not provide value for your moneyOur experience with Optimal Networks was disastrous. We paid for services that were never delivered and then discovered that our data had been stolen. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and unyielding and the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish this company was a complete mess. First and foremost their customer service was terrible. They would never answer any questions or provide any support whatsoever. They also charged me exorbitant rates for what they were providing. In addition their entire business model is based on continuous sales and marketing without ever bothering to deliver on anything they promise. If youre looking for an IT service thats going to take care of all your needs look elsewhere - this is not it

Ive had different routers network adapters and devices here and there. And then all of a sudden last year we had a serious issue with our internet access. They always put a smile on your face when you tell them how much you love their products. years ago I joined the staff of my local favorite network where I worked through the time that they were still making landlines and phones. It was then that I realized just how much there was yet to be done in this industry. ByronI have had some issues with my internet service which is now more than a year later andoptimalnetworks has never once failed me or made me feel uncomfortable. They have always been quick to help me fix any issue etc even if its with their own software. If Ive had something else needs done theyre here to help me out they always have a great attitude so go ahead and see them you wont regret itI originally hired Optimal Networks as my local office was getting too big for myself. However there will be time where I will be wanting to leave and go somewhere else because I am so unhappy with the current level of service. Overall I believe that they are doing a great job in improving the customer service but I would like more change and development on the product itself.
